Why We Built This Site
Arizona permits public access to many court records, yet the correct custodian depends on jurisdiction. The Clerk of the Superior Court in Santa Cruz County keeps felony, general civil, family, probate, juvenile, and lower-court appeal files. Justice and Municipal Court clerks maintain their own matters. Arizona Public Access combines information from participating courts, while eAccess serves eligible Superior Court documents. Federal cases use the District of Arizona, its CM/ECF entry point, and PACER instead. We organize verified contacts, search routes, case-number conventions, calendars, and request steps so readers can begin with the office that actually holds the record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Arizona court, clerk, or government agency. Those boundaries mean that we cannot:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. They operate under their own terms, choose their prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set provider charges, maintain their databases, or determine which records they return.
